Hi Dan,

I tried sending this once before but dont know if it went thru. Sorry if it's a duplicate. I see Jose Chevarria is on that list....he was in A company, main platoon while I was there. Funny guy. "Washing the chevy in chower chews in the chade, man". He would do that for laughs.

While I'm at it, check out the attached picture. It was taken late '82...maybe November?? I dont remember the occasion. It might just have been picture day. I'm in there, Michael Chase, Jose Chevarria, and a whole bunch of us. CO was Cpt. Quain, top was 1SGT Smith. I remember some names, not all. If you want me to try to list them, let me know.

Thanks for the memories. My best times were remembered at the 143rd.
